SPRAVATO® (esketamine) Nasal Spray Treatment

Empower Therapeutics is pleased to offer SPRAVATO® (esketamine) nasal spray treatment services, which are covered by most insurances.

This innovative FDA-approved medication is for adults with treatment-resistant depression and major depressive disorder (MDD) with suicidal thoughts or behaviors. As of 2025, the FDA approved SPRAVATO® as a monotherapy, meaning your insurance may cover it even if you aren't taking an antidepressant.

Because of the potential side effects of SPRAVATO®, including dizziness and nausea, the drug can only be administered at clinics certified in the SPRAVATO® Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS).

Have been diagnosed with treatment-resistant depression
